California Refinance or Loan Modification?

Getting approval for California refinance mortage in 2010 is very difficult, even with good credit. If you are a struggling homeowner in California, there is news that Wells Fargo Bank has agreed to modify approximately 2.4 billion dollars worth of home mortgage loans. According to Attorney General Jerry Brown’s office, Wells Fargo will also pay out an estimated $32 million to 12,000+ California borrowers who had such loans

and lost their homes to foreclosure.
